陳菊：氣爆三條石化管線不能復工使用

高雄市陳菊今天下午在石化氣爆第13次工作會議中做出決定，氣爆現場的三條石化管線，將不能復工使用。預期將影響中油、李長榮及中石化三家業者的石化原料調度。
