中國雲南省魯甸地震災害，至今有1800人受傷。由於震央偏遠，聯外交通路斷，救難隊與解放軍皆須徒步10公里進入。現場有超過1萬2千戶房屋倒塌，救難人員在一片斷垣殘壁中找到生還者，若是輕傷就用揹的，重傷就用床板抬，不辭勞苦將傷者送至醫院。（余浚安／綜合外電報導）
