何江忠卸責給徐信正　連長罪推陳以人

【綜合報導】陸軍542旅下士洪仲丘遭凌虐致死案，昨移軍事法院審理，羈押庭中副連長何江忠推給連長徐信正，指徐稱「洪仲丘囂張跋扈，要送悔過！」

《聯合報》報導，何江忠推給連長徐信正，徐信正則罪推士官長陳以人，當被問到是否連上有人想關洪仲丘禁閉時，他停頓3秒後說：「陳以人」。
