向陽重劃區 久違的新案

臺北市第一案 50-66坪
這個小區域 幾年前曾經是臺北市推案最密集的區域
不過近年開發較為緩慢 直到廣哲才又出現
此案鄰近向陽公園 離捷運站約700m 有一段距離
依照環境規劃來看 此案應該是賣給自住客
然而 單價來看預估也會開到85萬一坪 甚至更高

夢裡常常出現再見全壘打 助跑打擊喚醒假球的夢靨 悲傷朱鴻森 悲傷朱鴻森 成名之後無法入睡 總是不見白鴻森而流淚
