新北稽查醫院28間違規　慈濟也在內

新北市政府勞工局為維護護理人員工作權益，月前針對轄內57家醫院進行稽查，並於今日公佈公佈結果，其中未符規定者28家，違反《勞基法》規定大型醫院有慈濟綜合醫院，未足額計給延長工時工資，遭罰款5萬元，區域醫院則以新莊英仁醫院累計罰鍰15萬元為最高，其次為樹林仁愛醫院9萬元。
 
勞工局長表示，過去對醫院進行稽查，結果顯示違規比率偏高多集中在護理人員超時工作、加班費受領不足，為瞭解轄內醫院護理人員勞動條件是否改善，於月前針對醫院稽查，其中包含16家曾違規的醫療院所，加強督促醫院勞動條件。
 
勞檢處呼籲，醫院屬醫療保健服務業，如欲採四周變形工時制度，需經過工會或勞資會議的同意程序才能實施，否則針對勞工單日工時超過8小時或兩周工時超過84小時，應給付加班費。（陳威叡／新北報導）
