標題[閒聊]轉換部門, 條件重談~

公司各部門都有設有PM, 不統合在一起, 整個混亂~ 早上被三老闆(部門經理)約談, 其它部門有PM離職, 上面長官希望我帶著現在的案子, 過去補洞, 看來三老闆已經放手了~ 我整個就是Open mind啦,我冷冷地說, 都好呀~剩下的,我會跟上面長官談. 我問長官這樣是否算一人做兩人事呢? 新工作有那些工作內容? 目前我的工作會牽扯到舊部門的資源, 之後誰來Support? 關於這些問題, 長官都沒有想法? 回答的吱吱嗚嗚很空洞~ 最後長官說會搞清楚後, 再跟我做討論......... 轉換部門, 這些魔鬼細節都要確認好, 不然就是傻傻過去報到(別鬧啦~~~~) 看來這也是談薪水的好契機, 如果結局不滿意, 之後就看緣分吧~ 現在是補一個洞, 之後是補兩個, 看公司要不要買單!! 之前看的文章,應徵者要積極爭取自己的薪水,如果只是客氣的說"依公司規定", 這樣的人對工作, 一點企圖心都沒有.......... 自己的薪水要自己負責!!!! -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 59.124.231.52 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Salary/M.1402991098.A.F7E.html
