標題[請益] 面試上了禾圓行銷公司..但猶豫中.

幫朋友緊急代詢問 最近朋友在自己現任職的公司(廣告方面的) 做了大概半年左右表現還蠻好的 成效算是公司的前段班..不過待了半年好像和公司文化還是格格不入 加上責任制的關係一天工作12小時是常有的事 甚至於假日也要擔心工作成效會不會不好 另外也聽他說過好像呆了半年但其實沒有學到什麼.. 總之應該是心理壓力大於生理 最近開始動了想換環境工作的念頭 成功面試上了一間叫做禾圓的行銷公司 可能在提離職時有講到 結果他們公司的一些主管對這家評價很不好 而且為了留我朋友下來還願意幫他加薪至少4K 朋友也有問我的意見 但我其實沒聽過禾圓..不曉得這間公司如何.. 不曉得有沒有一些這間公司內部的文化讓我們參考呢？ 也歡迎站內信給我噢 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 39.10.143.119 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Salary/M.1409113795.A.C8A.html
