北韓評美人權狀況　稱美國人生活在恐懼中

北韓外務省發言人26日就美國黑人青年布朗被擊斃事件表示，美國應首先改善自己國家的人權狀況，正確認識什麼是真正的人權保障。 　　

發言人在回答朝中社記者提問時說，美國國民因種族和膚色差異而受到歧視，不知何時會被槍殺，生活在恐懼中，美國以國際人權法官自居，每年對他國人權狀況指手畫腳，這次卻因自己國家的人權醜聞成為笑柄。與其為他國「操心」，美國不如誠懇接受國際社會的批評，解決自家的人權問題。 　　

8月9日，美國黑人青年布朗在密蘇里州聖路易市弗格森，被一名白人員警連射數槍身亡。布朗遭槍殺事件在當地引發抗議活動，隨後演變成動亂。（國際中心／綜合外電報導）
