高雄市議會國民黨團今天上午10時召開記者會，指高雄氣爆案造成30人死亡，3百多人受傷，陳菊的市府團隊不知虛心檢討，卻一再掩飾過失。國民黨團議員為人民討公道，今天上午11時將到高雄地檢署按鈴申請，指控高雄市長陳菊、副市張劉世芳、消防局長陳虹龍、環保局長陳金德.、勞工局長鍾孔炤等五人「廢弛職務、官僚殺人」。議長許崑源說，用法律制裁不肖政客。陳菊上午11時20分參加觀光業對氣爆義行感謝會，對藍營議會黨團提告一事，低調說「尊重」。

另方面，議會民進黨團於今天上午11點15分到地檢署，按鈴申告副總統吳敦義違法核准埋設管線，涉嫌貪污罪。(石秀華/高雄報導)
