【大紀元12月9日報導】（中央社記者高照芬台北9日電）台灣房屋連續五年舉辦網路票選房市代表字，2013年房市代表字「憂」，高居網路票選的第一名，反映出民眾對高房價的無奈。

台灣房屋智庫召集人葉立敏指出，台灣房屋連續五年舉辦房市代表字票選。繼2009年代表字「活」、2010年「狂」，2011年「凍」，2012年「等」後，2013年為「憂」，顯示民眾大嘆薪資沒漲、房價卻愈來愈高的痛苦。

台灣房屋每年進行房市代表字票選，今年的票選期間是自11月20日至12月6日，由該公司經紀人進行第一階段票選，選出20個代表字，再透過網路投票，進行第二階段票選出「2013年台灣房市十大代表字」。

結果2013年房市代表字「憂」，以314票獲得第一， 第二名及第三名分別為「漲」、「等」。
