求救 請問WINDOWN XP 怎麼進安全系統?

我電腦重了 System Care Antivirus 這個毒 上網去看他說要進入安全系統才能刪除

網路上說按F8就可以進到安全系統

可是我按了很久都沒有反應 我去看我的說明書 寫說會出現(請選取您想要啟動的作業系統 )在按F8 可是我開機到

進入XP前 完全都是英文 沒有 說明書上寫的這個

請問有人知道怎麼進入嗎 謝謝 或者知道怎麼移除這個病毒嗎 謝謝
