二次臨會明登場 綠推「柯文哲條款」

立法院二次臨時會明天登場，民進黨團希望處理「柯文哲條款」，也就是修正「公職人員選舉罷免法」，讓無黨籍候選人也能推派選舉監察員，盼能逕付二讀，並儘速三讀通過。提案修法的民進黨立委李應元表示，依台北市選委會所公告的「選舉工作進行程序表」，投開票所監察員必須在9月12日前完成推薦手續，此次臨時會是補正現行選罷法缺失的唯一機會，若不保握住，就來不及了。李應元表示，若不修法，年底柯文哲無法推派監察員，事實上不僅於此，屆時民進黨、親民黨、台聯與新黨等有提名市議員與里長候選人的政黨，也都不能推派監察員。若只有國民黨能推派監察員，所有的監察員都將是由國民黨推薦，相信這絕不是國人所樂見的。
