勞工過勞生病 雇主最高可處卅萬

立法院今三讀修正通過職業安全衛生法，擴大保障一千零六十七萬勞工。職安法新增「防過勞條款」，要求雇主對輪班、夜間工作、長時間工作等情形，應有預防過勞的措施，違者處新台幣三萬元到以上十五萬元以下罰鍰；若導致勞工發生職業病，最高可處雇主卅萬元罰鍰。
