蘇永康12月２日將與未婚妻馮翠珊在香港舉辦婚禮，他趁與梁漢文、張衛健、許志安所組成的Big４，５日到拉斯維加斯開唱時，狠砸30萬港幣（約116萬台幣）找來14位工作人員隨行，並租下好萊塢常用的豪華化妝車，到當地沙漠及酒店拍婚紗，相當浪漫。

他日前受訪時一派輕鬆地說：「我女人想去些特別的地方，她喜歡拉斯維加斯，正好我在當地。」兩人為拍晨曦連夜坐２小時車，車輪還一度陷進沙丘，險象環生。他先前被爆為省錢辦婚禮，找狄波拉代訂餐廳打折，還透過公司資源帶未婚妻出國籌備婚事，雙方好友張衛健則駁斥傳聞，並說：「兩人是時裝達人，那些品牌送衣服給他們穿都來不及了。」
