空機在外面使用WIFI問題

小弟因為是買空機在家使用WIFI

但是出門之後使用WIFI

像百貨公司有開放式WIFI

點連結的時候

顯示有連線

但要開起網頁的時候

卻顯示沒有網路

可是有時候在某些餐廳的時候

卻可以直接連線免費WIFI (不用輸入密碼)

想請問有經驗的大大這種是設定問題 還是@@?
