彰化縣有名的八卦山大佛風景區27日有民眾發現，有7座佛像被人塗寫「白痴」2個字，大佛寺管委會主委張世良28日趕緊請人將塗鴉去掉，但還是非常明顯，張世良也呼籲不要破壞神像，並加強巡邏避免事件重演。

根據《蘋果日報》報導，有遊客27日到八卦山大佛風景區遊玩時發現，在參佛大道上有7座觀音化身的神像，被人以奇異筆寫著「白痴」2個字，覺得很誇張。

大佛寺管委會主委張世良28日立刻請人將字去掉，但遭塗鴉的地方還是相當明顯，看到神像被如此對待，張世良非常難過，呼籲不要再破壞神像，也會加強巡囉、維護，目前已鎖定一名可疑男子。
