勞健保真的不重要嗎?

最近面試到了一個工作，面試人員講的口沫橫飛(這是真的)，他告訴我勞健保根本沒有用，他們公司給了員工很好的團保(就是兩份團保)。

因為心中很有疑惑，也不知道是不是真如他所說，勞健保是公司幫員工扣款的另一種目的，之前被保勞健保，公司幫忙負擔，也只付了600多元。

我問她那我可以自己去保嗎?他卻很直接告訴我，可以啊!!一個月才1000多而已。

我只是覺得他態度很怪，也很想問一下，是不是真如他所說沒什麼用?那為什麼我說要自己去保時，他看起來很開心?
