杏仁冰店遭爆料 稽查未違法

（中央社記者張榮祥台南12日電）週刊報導台南市南區一家知名杏仁豆腐冰店違法添加香精製造杏仁豆腐，市府今天稽查店家無違法，僅環境較凌亂，限期改善。

市府衛生局稽查這家冰店，謝絕媒體採訪，衛生局說，週刊報導根本是烏龍一場，向週刊爆料者身分眾說紛紜，業者也出面喊冤。

衛生局說，冰店以杏仁露製作杏仁豆腐，這是原料，未採用香精等添加物，標示上也未註明是純天然杏仁，未違反衛生食品管理法，僅店家環境較凌亂，衛生局已開出改善書，擇期複檢。1020612
