李昂化身美食偵探 最難忘雞肉飯

嘉義市駐市作家李昂，化身美食偵探，在大街小巷挖掘在地飲食與人文之美，今天下午在文化局演講廳辦市民講座，講題「愛麗絲的夢想世界-我的國際美食探險」，與市民分享國際旅遊經驗及近1個月在嘉義美食見聞，她說，最難忘的是聞名全台的雞肉飯。

李昂吃了30、40間店家，認為雞肉飯肉質鮮美、添加豬油醬汁，喚起她兒時豬油拌飯回憶，另1間百年老屋翻修甜點店，有著年輕人創業夢想，道地法式甜點好滋味，讓吃遍國際美食的她讚不絕口。

李昂說，長年往返世界各地，美食是旅行動力，嘉義美食是吸引她駐市原因，雞肉飯不但代表台灣小吃，更是深具國際化料理，美食推廣國際，需注意外國人飲食習慣，世界上有很多國家因宗教因素不吃牛、豬肉，「雞肉飯全世界的人都可以吃，可見雞肉飯兼具國際觀與現代感」。
