剛剛用skyscanner查完票價後直接在SmartFare上訂了機票

訂完後就收到一封確認的email
裡面當然包含航班時間、目的地，還有價錢等一般的資訊
但在信件一開頭有這樣一段警告的訊息

Warning! You have provided an International credit card to purchase the following itinerary. Please complete this credit card form (http://www.travelerhelpdesk.com/CreditCardAuthorizationForm.pdf) and fax it back at your earliest convenience along with both sides of the credit card and credit card holder’s photo copy of the passport page showing photograph and signature at 888-331-2110 so we can issue the tickets. Tickets will only be issued after the requested documents are received. Please note that in some cases a $10.00 international credit card processing fee is included for international credit cards, and prices are not guaranteed until ticketed.

內容大意是要我傳真裡面附上的信用卡表格（Traveler Help Desk Credit Card Authorization Form），信用卡正、反面以及持卡人的護照影本。
似乎要等我把資料都傳過去以後才訂單才算成立。

請問這種狀況有人遇過嗎？
信用卡的正反面應該是很保密的資訊這樣傳真出去感覺很危險吧？

還是我可以直接請實體旅行社幫我訂同樣航班的機票呢？

還有另外一個問題在訂的時候完全沒想到，如果訂單真的成立了我到時候要找誰開票啊～
