有關戰地風雲3的問題

前幾天買了本店招待的戰地風雲3數位板,有以下幾點問題:
1.載完後並沒有安奘檔,我有勾選保留安奘檔(Origin版本是最新的)

2.Origin載好後直接安裝時並沒有跳出正常的安裝程序(我有看到類似pbsvc的程式有閃一下)

3.安裝好之後要求我輸入產品序號(非產品代碼),可是就是沒有出現正常的安裝程序出現,與任何序號的影子

我有詢問客服~但尚未回覆~所以來發問看看
