批連貴公子揮霍 姚拋從地底下看台北

整合在野台北市長人選，民進黨立委姚文智今天下午與無黨籍台大醫師柯文哲進行政見辯論。姚文智主張，「都市改造的策略」才是城市發展的關鍵，他主張「 從地底下來看台北 」，發揚基隆淡水兩河流域及都市水圳的文化。

姚文智也痛批馬、郝執政時代耽誤台北進程，還批評國民黨台北市長參選人連勝文是「貴公子」，指連所提政見不但無知還是權貴的揮霍。
