航空業要求賠離職違約金合理嗎?

各位大大你好:
因在航空業工作，2年前因配合公司政策調派，出國外派去工作維修自家飛機，現任期期滿調派回國，因個人因素要辦理離職，才被告知3年前有簽定一份合約，如要離職需在回國工作一年後才能離職，如現要離職需賠2年薪資，國內外工作薪資*24個月，做為違約金作為賠償，約台幣300萬元，這跟本是天價啊~~~不合理，我們是付出勞力，離鄉去工作，如所得不高一點誰願意外派去工作呢?現在想離職但賠償的錢是我們負擔不起的，我們要如何處理呢??
