〔自由時報記者廖千瑩／台北報導〕行動裝置越來越普及，根據104資訊科技調查，上班族平均每天用行動裝置（智慧手機、平板電腦）達2.1個小時，其中使用即時通訊軟體的比例直逼打電話；對於即時通訊軟體「已讀不回」，近7成受訪者認為「很正常，無所謂」，但3成有負面情緒。

調查顯示，上班族平常最常使用行動裝置來打電話，占57.8％，其次為使用Line、WhatsApp等即時通訊軟體，占53.9％，排名第三才是收發e-mail，占52.1％。上述調查也顯示，上班族常常是使用多種工具和他人聯繫。

調查也指出，上班族平均每天用行動裝置達2.1小時，已占「朝九晚五族」每天工時的四分之一。行動裝置普及，尤其「即時通訊軟體」幾乎為主要的使用功能，且若看使用動機，43％的受訪者認為公事居多，26％為私事居多。
