傳陸擬調查微軟 是否有壟斷行為

彭博報導，新浪網披露，中國大陸監管當局與微軟公司（Microsoft Corp.）管理者在北京和上海等4個城市見面，就微軟是否有壟斷行為的可能調查預作準備。

新浪網引述未具名的微軟大陸員工指出，大陸國家工商行政管理總局官員昨天也在廣州和成都與微軟管理者見面。

新浪網引述另1位未具名人士指出，監管當局可能針對微軟在大陸作業系統市場的壟斷行為展開調查。

繼檢方指控5名大陸軍官涉嫌竊取美國企業機密後，美國和大陸緊張關係升溫。

大陸方面正加強對美國科技公司審查監督，5月時已將Windows 8排除在政府採購名單之外。

微軟昨天發布電郵聲明，「微軟很樂意回答（大陸）政府的問題。」但未證實監管當局是否前往該公司的大陸辦公據點。

微軟週一在美股下跌1.2%收43.97美元，今年來累漲18%。
