通緝犯落網 另涉10餘竊案

去年9月被發布通緝的慣竊36歲黃凱盛，29日凌晨在板橋區長江路遭遇巡邏員警，黃嫌拔腿就跑，員警也不甘示弱，使勁狂奔，終於逮獲黃嫌，清查出他另涉及10餘起竊案，現正擴大清查。

黃嫌遭到通緝後，即離開淡水老家，四處躲藏。29日凌晨2時許，黃嫌趁夜外出覓食，在板橋長江路上，遠遠瞧見員警巡邏，黃嫌隨即閃身躲入暗巷陰影中，未料，形跡已被員警發現。

海山警分局新海派出所員警見黃嫌可疑，在附近來回察看，黃嫌黃嫌自忖不該坐以待斃，故橫心拔足狂奔，員警見狀追趕約50公尺，即將黃嫌壓制，逮捕過程中，黃嫌因掙扎造成手、頸、背部多處挫傷。

警方查出，黃嫌因竊盜案遭士林地檢、新北地檢等單位發布4件通緝，此外，黃嫌於雙北市至少還犯下10餘起竊盜案，目前仍在擴大清查。
