追求女同事不成　男竟偷拍春光照恐嚇

桃園某電子工廠1名25歲吳姓男子，因追求徐姓女同事不成，今年3月12日至17日，趁徐女如廁時偷拍，還恐嚇要PO在臉書上。4月5日吳男再次偷拍時被徐女發現報警查獲上情。桃園地檢署依妨害秘密罪起訴。

檢方調查，吳男在4月1日至4日間，將存有偷拍畫面的記憶卡各1張，置於徐女的包包及鞋子內，並留下「觀看影片大概也猜想到被偷拍者是誰？若報案或告訴妳先生，在我被抓到之前，檔案會直接上傳臉書，到時你還有臉上班嗎？」
