西非友邦布吉納法索國防暨退伍軍人部秘書長莫內（Alassane Mone）一行5人15日訪華，將就雙邊國防合作交換意見。訪問團將參訪成功嶺新兵訓練中心、中華民國空軍官校、內政部消防署、國軍歷史文物館等軍事訓練及救災指揮單位。

外交部表示，莫內此次訪華將就雙邊國防合作等議題交換意見，另將參訪成功嶺新兵訓練中心、中華民國空軍官校、內政部消防署、國軍歷史文物館等軍事訓練及救災指揮單位。

外交部指出，中華民國與布吉納法索關係密切友好，雙邊合作計畫廣泛多元，兩國近年來軍事交流密切，兩國多位高階軍事首長均曾互訪。訪團成員除莫內外，另包括布國副參謀總長札格瑞准將、空軍參謀長巴磊資深上校、國防暨退伍軍人部軍事合作司司長恭布資深上校、參謀本部工兵處處長桑格蘭納上校等人。

莫內曾任職於布吉納法索野戰單位、軍區指揮部、陸軍司令部、參謀本部、布國駐法武官，2012年獲布國總統龔保雷（Blaise Compaore）任命擔任要職綜理國防事務至今。
