英外交部：海恩斯遭斬首 影片是真的

英國外交部今天(14日)指出，1名蒙面的伊斯蘭國(Islamic State)好戰份子將英國公民海恩斯(David Haines)斬首的影片，顯然是真的。

外交部發言人指出：「所有的跡象都顯示，這段影片是真的，我們沒有理由相信這不是真的。」

伊斯蘭國組織13日在影音網站公布影片，顯示他們已將44歲的國際志工海恩斯斬首。

在海恩斯之前，已經有2名美國記者遭到伊斯蘭國斬首，好戰份子並且拍下所有的過程，送上影音網站。

海恩斯來自蘇格蘭伯斯(Perth)，他於2013年3月在敘利亞為國際援助慈善機構「技術合作與發展組織」(Agency for Technical Cooperation and Development，ACTED)工作時，遭到伊斯蘭國綁架。

伊斯蘭國聖戰士宣稱，他們處決海恩斯，目的在報復英國首相卡麥隆加入美國號召組成的對付伊斯蘭國聯盟。
