《CNBC》報導，前 PIMCO 執行長艾朗 (Mohamed El-Erian) 在訪談中表示，聯準會今日公佈的會議紀錄顯示，聯準會態度明顯轉趨鷹派。

如果未來最新公佈的就業報告顯示，薪資成長有改善的跡象，聯準會可能一改過去對經濟看法，開始準備升息。

艾朗指出，目前除了薪資成長停滯以外，所有指標改善速度都較市場預期的快，就業市場狀況亦顯著改善，幾乎接近正常水準。

最新聯準會會議紀錄顯示，部分聯邦公開市場委員會 (FOMC) 成員希望因經濟明顯進步而升息。絕大部份成員則同意，需要參照更多經濟數據，以決定是否提前升息。

今日美股未對此消息作出明顯反應，標普 500 指數收盤仍接近歷史高點，近期財報表現與企業併購案，都是市場漲勢的推手。

艾朗認為，本週全球央行年會重點將擺在就業市場、通膨率與利率走勢上，並認為聯準會同時鎖定太多目標推動政策，可能犧牲金融市場穩定性。
