范佐憲赴桃檢應訊 不回應指控

陸軍542旅下士洪仲丘疑遭虐死案中，傳出上士范佐憲涉嫌在軍中放高利貸、經營職棒地下簽賭等情事。桃園檢方22日下午傳喚陸軍上士范佐憲，釐清是否涉及重利、竊盜、賭博等案件。

范佐憲下午2時30分在家人、律師陪同下抵達桃園地檢署，范快速步行，在報到後立刻前往第8偵查庭。

對於媒體的發問，范佐憲始終不發一語，神情憔悴，等待過程中，家人緊摟范佐憲，范則低頭沉思。經過90分鐘訊問後，范佐憲快速搭車離去，對於重利罪等指控，並沒有任何回應。
