涉綁架案 菲國前將領被捕

菲律賓官員今天(12日)表示，安全部隊已逮捕了逃亡在外的陸軍退役少將帕巴瑞(Jovito Palparan)；帕巴瑞因涉嫌綁架2名學生而遭通緝，此次逮捕行動亦兌現了菲國總統艾奎諾三世(Benigno Aquinio III)的承諾，也就是要致力將最受矚目的刑案嫌犯繩之以法。

菲律賓軍方發言人札格拉中將(Ramon Zagala)表示，軍事情報單位與國家調查局探員今天清晨在馬尼拉逮捕了帕巴瑞。

帕巴瑞涉嫌在2006年於馬尼拉北部布拉坎省(Bulacan)綁架2名女性社運人士，法院於2011年12月發出通緝令，帕巴瑞就逃亡至今。

被綁的2名社運人士目前依然下落不明，帕巴瑞則否認涉案。
