不知道從什麼時候開我的我Google Chrome就怪怪的

不管 [下載] 什麼東西他都會顯示【失敗 - 權限不足】

所以我有需多遊戲無法安裝，只能玩之前下載好的 LOL、CSO、鬼斬

可是今天我的競時通怪怪的，想說重灌，卻忘記我的Google Chrome有問題...

造成現在我無法下載GGC.....

我點更多資訊 找失敗的原因，他列出一個表格解釋失敗的原因如下:

【權限不足】由於權限不足，因此無法儲存內容，請選擇其他儲存位置。這可能是您沒有必要權限所致，也可能是因為其他應用程式 (通常是防毒軟體) 與 Google Chrome 同時在存取下載檔案。請稍後再試，或嘗試選擇其他儲存位置。

這句我不懂 請大大點解.
