2014 世界盃足球賽 (FIFA 2014) 在 6/12 於主辦國巴西正式開打。由來自世界各地的32支球隊將會參與賽事，進行64場比賽，決定冠軍隊伍。

根據 FIFA 總部頒布的賽程表，各組須完成分組賽後將會選出 16 強並進行淘汰賽。分組排名依照下列準則:

  • 全部分組賽獲得積分
  • 全部分組賽球差

全部分組賽進球

若有球隊在上述三項仍無法分出名次，將會照下列方式計算:

  • 比較球隊之間賽事獲得的積分
  • 比較球隊之間賽事的球差
  • 比較球隊之間賽事的進球
  • 是由FIFA抽籤決定
