借車未還被告，男獲不起訴

經營機車行的謝姓男子，指控黃姓男子去年8月間未付修車費，還侵占他出借的機車不還，涉嫌侵占罪。士林地檢署認為，黃因前往修車沒車可用，謝才主動出借機車，不能證明黃當時就有不法意圖，處分不起訴。
