【短片】扯！手機被沒收　《神魔》遭刪光

【盧麗蓮／綜合報導】一支名為「神魔之塔刪卡」影片最近上傳YouTube，引發網友激烈討論。PO影片者指出，這是一名學生上課玩手機，被老師沒收，手機卻落到學長手上，學長竟把《神魔》帳號內的卡片全刪了。

影片中一群學生慫恿拿手機的同學，刪除知名手機遊戲《神魔之塔》裡的寶貴封印卡，並隨意將遊戲中玩家的卡片賣出，學生們竟還大喊：「刪掉阿波羅、日狼啦！奧丁！」等卡片名稱，刪卡時還有人興奮鼓掌，直呼「好爽」。影片PO網後引起網友不滿，有網友怒斥：「你不知道那是別人的心血嘛？那需要花多少時間還有剋金。你憑什麼？....你拿什麼賠人？」也有網友搬出法條提醒：「依據刑法第359 條規定：無故取得、刪除或變更他人電腦或其相關設備之電磁紀錄，致生損害於公眾或他人者，處5年以下有期徒刑、拘役或科或併科20萬元以下罰金。」
