宜蘭蘇澳鎮公所 今辦體適能檢測

宜蘭縣蘇澳鎮公所今天與教育部體育署在鎮公所3樓展演廳合辦體適能檢測活動，由宜蘭大學休閒產業與健康促進學系到場為民眾檢測，鎮民自由參加，透過身高體重等生理資料，以及三項運動測驗，統整資料後，提供民眾了解自己生理狀況。

體委會檢測員楊宗樺表示，來參加檢測的蘇澳鎮民多半在三分鐘登梯的項目得分較低，顯示心肺功能較差，其他BMI值、柔軟度、肌力及肌耐力都在平均值。

鎮公所希望透過體適能檢測，讓鎮民改變自己的生活作息，讓每個人都能有健康、活力的快樂生活。
