持續腹瀉、腹痛　恐是潰瘍性腸炎

【沈能元／台北報導】25歲李先生近1個月因持續腹瀉、腹痛又便血，經診所治療但症狀並未轉好，後經大腸鏡檢查發現，李先生直腸、乙狀結腸等，均出現糜爛性潰瘍，合併膿性粘液及出血，確診為潰瘍性腸炎，經藥物治療後症狀已緩解。醫師表示，持續腹瀉、腹痛，應儘速就醫檢查，近日天冷，民眾吃鍋機會大增，應注意腸胃不適、痔瘡發作等疾病。

收治病例的三總大腸直腸外科醫師吳昌杰說，潰瘍性腸炎致病原因並不清楚，但應是自體免疫系統異常引起，治療時以藥物治療症狀，但需搭配適當飲食及正常生活作息、減少壓力，但若症狀嚴重可能引發腸穿孔、大出血等，此時需緊急接受腸切除手術，以防有致命危險。
