查匿名誹謗 日法院首度向臉書要IP

為調查一起網路匿名誹謗案件，日本東京地方法院首度勒令要求臉書（Facebook）提供IP等用戶資訊。

共同社報導，一家日本關東地區餐飲店老闆在臉書上遭匿名誹謗，因此向法院提出申請要求美國Facebook公司提供發文者的相關資訊。東京地方法院12日批准，勒令提供IP位址等資訊。

在這之前，「Mixi」和「推特（twitter）」也曾被日本司法部門要求提供發文者的資訊。要求臉書提供發文者資訊，是日本第一件。

原告律師清水表示，6月Facebook網站上出現匿名發言，詆毀該店員工「當著客人的面歇斯底里」。老闆向法院提出申請，要求「鎖定發文者並索賠精神損失費」。申請獲得批准後，店方將根據提供的IP位址、登陸時間等資訊，透過網路服務提供者鎖定發文者身份。
