委託仲介幫我賣一間屋

開價耗了2個月,連1元斡旋金也沒見到

被騙專簽快到期的現在,終於有人出個芭樂價,也付了塞牙縫的斡旋金

我完全不想賣,偏偏仲介補了一句,可以簽底價,讓他們去處理

要處理甚麼??

買賣應是我接受不接受對方出價,當初跟建設公司買也沒簽甚麼底價,只有成交價.

花招一堆..真令人不屑
