國防醫學院男大生　跪地偷窺女廁遭逮

【陳偉周／基隆報導】基隆市文化中心圖書館女廁出現偷窺狼！昨晚6時許，一名19歲許姓女大學生到基隆市圖書館看書，準備上廁所時，發現一名男子跪地在女廁門外，想從門縫外偷窺，女學生為了不驚動他，悄悄離去報警處理。
 
警方調閱監視器發現，男子在半小時內，連續偷窺2名女子如廁，警方依男子穿著，路上認出何姓男子，經帶回調查，23歲何男就讀國防大學醫學院，被捕後他後悔犯行，警方依妨害善良風俗將何男函送法辦。
