黑幫遭超市老闆倒8000萬債　還遭警逮13成員

知名生鮮超市老闆2012年無預警歇業，向黑道借款8000萬元後遠走國外逃債，警方利用老闆親友報警機會，直攻黑道大本營，當場查獲現金903萬元。

知名生鮮超市老闆無預警停業，造成200名員工立即無經濟收入，老闆夫妻落跑前還向黑道借款8000萬元，隨即逃往國外躲債。據《蘋果日報》報導，警方策動老闆親友報警，18日直攻黑道大本營逮人，當場查獲903萬元現金，而被捕13名黑幫成員向警方無奈表示，自己才是受害者。

13名黑幫成員中，黑道嘉義分組長林男、副組長洪男2人放款月息高達18分，借100萬元每月利息18萬元，而警方估計，該黑幫放款不法所得可能超過億元，訊後被依組織犯罪、恐嚇取財、重利等罪嫌，移送新北地檢署偵辦。
