司機襲臀辯知廉恥 卻曾拿女的手套聞

桃園縣陳姓客運司機（46歲）3月7日晚間駕駛客運到加油站加油，看到加油站女員工獨自在收費亭作業，趁機闖入摸臀，他辯稱曾因為罵過女子玩手機，遭挾怨報復，雖然他書讀不多，但還知道禮義廉恥，但被害女子的主管證稱，這並非陳第一次闖入收費亭，監視器曾拍到陳潛入收費亭，雖沒有偷錢，反而拿起被害女員工的手套猛聞。

桃園地檢署今天將陳姓司機依性騷擾防治法聲請簡易判決處刑。
