標題[討論] 試用期非自願離職？

小弟這星期一到一家人科技公司報到 職位是op 上課至中午左右身體突然不適而向人資表達 人資帶我到醫護室休養 到了一點多左右 醫護人員問我狀況 我說沒問題 可進產線 後來他們不放心 請我父母來帶我去看醫生 接著下午四點多左右打電話跟我說明天先休息 隔天也是同樣時間問我狀況 我說可以 但他說聽你狀況不是很好明天繼續休 再來就在剛剛.....人資打來說 主管擔心我身體狀況叫我明天辦離職 我整個傻眼 請問我如果去辦離職不就變自願離職了嗎? 有人知道我該怎麼辦嗎?我投保滿一年了 -- Sent from my Android -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 220.136.236.122 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Salary/M.1410951980.A.9E8.html
