最近想買公仔時看到一個滿便宜的
我看問與答時賣家都回答說是正版的
但我下標後的同一天
賣家有一個負評說這個賣家以正版名義出售盜版
我就趕緊送出取消交易
我在第2天內也有發悄悄話給賣家
可是到了第4天賣家都沒有做出任何回應

請問我這種情況可以提出棄標申訴嗎
