教長：不讓基北區特招用會考分發

教育部長吳思華今天下午在教育部的部務會議上強調，即將定案的12年國教入學改革，以最小變動、不會大轉彎為前提，避免造成考生、家長及學生太大不安，教育部絕不同意基北區直接用會考成績當成特招分發依據。

吳思華原本說要月30日公布入學改革方案，但下午又改口，會盡快研議，在最短時間內公布，盼明年所有招生期程在7月中旬前走完

吳思華說，明年免試入學超額比序將模糊志願序的積分，也就是以群組計分，但可能出現同分超額的人數太多、無法比出高下的問題，教育部得找出新辦法解決，因此才研議在會考成績由原本的三等級四標示，再細分成10級的量尺分數，在最後比無可比、同分超額時，才用10級分比高下。

吳思華指出，會考分10級分，是為了解決實務上免試分發的問題，並非向基北區讓步，但這只是方案之一，還沒定案。教育部絕不允許基北區明年把會考10級分直接拿來當成特招的分發依據。
