體內有惡靈！？　男活活掐死摯友　稱為他「驅魔」

桃園縣一體重約100公斤的33歲男子馮祐村，竟因吸毒突然發瘋，聲稱張姓好友體內有惡靈，需要「驅魔」，跨坐至張男身上，活活將好友掐死。死者女友表示，馮男當時還將她拖至房間，強逼她放佛經、跪菩薩救張男。

據《自由時報》報導，馮男與張男是舊識，去年兩人還一同在住處拉K、喝酒，張男除吸食毒品，也有服用抗憂鬱藥物，且疑似有短暫的「混毒」，因此出現精神狀況不穩，有迷幻感等症狀。

張男當時毒癮發作，抓狂似的砸爛家中家具，且拚命搖醒仍在熟睡的馮男，要求馮男為他磨K粉。而同樣有毒癮的馮男，因不滿睡中被吵醒，聲稱張男「體內有惡靈！需要驅魔！」不顧死者女友哭求，猛地跨坐上身，伸手掐脖。

隨後，將馮男女友拖至房間，要求她跪地唸經解救張男。張男後依殺人罪判刑10年2個月。
