北京會談20日展開 綠營多人出席

「北京會談」本周即將於北京舉行。民進黨有多位人士應邀出席，包括民進黨前主席許信良、中執委洪智坤等人。許信良今天受訪時預告，屆時他將倡議「中國議會」主張，建議兩岸參考歐盟模式的「歐洲議會」，成立「中國議會」，討論兩岸事務。
