記憶體模組廠創見資訊一口氣推出3款M.2微型固態硬碟(SSD)，搶攻薄型行動裝置市場。

創見表示，新推出的3款M.2微型SSD分別為2242、2260及2280三種規格，滿足不同使用者需求，主要瞄準超薄筆記型電腦、筆記型電腦、平板電腦、手持式遊戲機和智慧型手機等薄型行動裝置產品市場。

因應消費者或企業對儲存空間的需求，創見指出，MTS400容量最高可達256GB，MTS600及MTS800容量更達512GB。

創見表示，3款M.2微型SSD採SATA3介面，讀取速度可達每秒560MB，寫入速度每秒310MB，可有效縮短系統回應時間，加速多媒體程式處理效能。(中央社)
