洩漏評選委員名單糾正中科管理局

中科管理局未能落實採購作業保密機制，所屬營建組組長於工程採購開標前，任意將外聘評選委員名單，外洩給特定投標廠商，違反政府採購法相關規定，且損及政府採購公平、公正基本原則，監院13日通過糾正中科管理局。

監察院指出，營建組組長在經司法判刑確定後，中科管理局還在迴護營建組長順利退休，枉法包庇犯行，遲遲不依公務員懲戒法規定，移監察院審查，確有違失。
